Coaching

Lighthouse Running was founded by coaches Charlotte Annie and Jason Stueve, owners of the Bird’s Nest Bed & Breakfast in Friendship, Maine.

Along with holding weekly runs from their B&B, they also offer coaching services to local and long-distance clients of all abilities.

Training plans are emailed on a weekly basis, and local clients receive one in person training session per week in addition to their weekly training plan.
